A: Algenista Rewards is the loyalty program for Algenist.com. You can earn points for making purchases on Algenist.com, reviewing your favorite products, and referring your friends.

A: All Algenist.com customers are welcome to enroll in the loyalty program.

A: There is no cost to enroll in the program.

A: To enroll, visit the Algenista Rewards page and click “Start Earning.”

A: There are plenty of ways to earn points. Please be sure to login to your account to receive points for your purchases and reviews. For every dollar you spend, you will earn 1 Point. Points will reflect purchase total after any discount has been applied. This excludes taxes, shipping and handling.

For each dollar spent:
1 point

Review a product:
50 points

On your birthday*:
200 points

Become a Radiant Algenista after $400 in purchases within 12 months:
200 points

Become a Luminous Algenista after $1000 in purchases within 12 months:
300 points

A: For each dollar spent:
No limitations

Birthday points:
Limited to 200 points in a 12-month period

A: You will see all of your current and new points in your My Account once the action you have taken has been completed. You will receive your points from your order once it has been marked complete, and shipped from our system. If you are to cancel your order, your points will be reset to 0 earned and 0 spent.

A: It's our hope that you redeem your points on a regular basis. Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity and your account will start at tier 1 - Bright.

A: Reward points are for verified buyers of Algenist.com only and you must be a registered rewards member (it's free!). After 3 weeks from your purchase, you will receive an email to ask for your honest opinion on the product you purchased. If you complete this review and submit, you will receive 50 points. Max 3 reviews per month.

A: Your points value will remain the same and transfer over to Algenista Rewards. All customer will start in tier Bright. After spending $400 within 12 months you will be upgraded to tier Radiant. Tier Luminous will be reached after spending $1000 within 12 months.

A: Spend points on our entire line of products within qualifying orders. You may redeem up to 1500 points ($75 off) per eligible order. Points redemption may not be combined or stacked with promotional offers and discounts.

A: At this time, Algenista Rewards is an exclusive loyalty program for Algenist.com. Purchases made from any of our authorized retailers do not count towards earning points on your personal loyalty account.
