Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Algenist skincare products, you may return them within 30 days of your order date.
For orders shipped within the United States, please follow the below steps to ensure proper returns processing:
- Please Email Customer Service and include the following information:
- Your name (as it appears on your order)
- Your order number (this can be found on the invoice included in your package or in your confirmation email)
- The name(s) of item(s) you wish to return along with the reason(s) for return.

- By reply email, a Customer Service representative will provide you with your specific RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number as well as shipment instructions.
- Once you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization, carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return with the original packaging, in a single box. Seal the box and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
- When shipping your return, please utilize an insured shipping method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or USPS). Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We apologize, original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Items may not be returned, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Algenist outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. Only products purchased through Algenist.com may be returned.
