"This is what i would call skincare for your lips. It's not your typical 'lipgloss' but instead i LOVE to use it during my routine when i put all my serums on and then follow it up with lip gloss. It help with keeping my lips plump and stopping any lipstick from bleeding out past my lips. I can really feel the product soaking in I love to give my lips a little TLC like i do the rest of my face and it tastes great too!"
"I have been using Algenist Lip Collagen every night since it was first introduced in 2018. I have stuck with it all this time because it works. Being 58, I obviously have some wrinkles but my lips always look fresh, plump and smooth. I began using this on and around my lip area after I quit a 40-year smoking habit (gross) in the hopes of minimizing smokers lines. The results are impressive, as I only have a couple of faint lines above my upper lip. Also, I have not had chapped lips a single day since using the Lip Collagen. This is an outstanding product that I will always use and recommend. Btw, I have never noted a minty flavor, burning feeling, or any perceptible bubbles that pop open, as claimed in another review."

"I really love this lip collagen. It glides on smooth and makes my lips immediately feel more hydrated. The texture isn’t sticky or greasy, however the serum lasts for quite a bit before completely soaking in. The taste is also pleasant. I use it slightly above my lip as well to try and soften the tiny wrinkles."
"I’m absolutely hooked on this. I have very sensitive lips that react to most lip balms, but this stuff helps keep my lips moisturized and I’ve even noticed that the little vertical lines above my top lip fill in a bit and are less noticeable when I apply several times in the same day. It absorbs fairly quickly (maybe 10 minutes), but it leaves your lips hydrated so you don’t need a layer of goo to remain there like other balms do…this stuff actually soaks in and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. My only compliants are that 1) there is a minty component in this that I don’t enjoy and can sting if your lips are so chapped that they’re cracked, and 2) the little bubbles of algae oil require a bit of pressure to pop and release so I end up putting this on with my finger instead of the applicator. That being said, the downsides pale in comparison to the benefit of this product. Highly highly recommend to anyone who has issues with other lip balms."
