Shake bottle well. Apply liberally to the entire face in the morning or 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Finally a product with SPF that my husband will use. He loves the fact that it is lightweight and doesn't leave a film on his hands after putting it on. I'm only giving it a 4 star rating because I feel for the price, the size should be a little bigger.
