Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Algenist skincare products, you may return them within 30 days of your order date. If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased. You will receive a full refund on the cost of your purchase.

Please follow the below steps to ensure proper returns processing:

1. Call customer service at (877) 650-1837 and provide them with your order number. The representative will provide you with an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number.

2. Pack up the products carefully so they are not damaged in transit and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. 

3. Ship the items you would like to return to:

4. Please utilize an insured shipping method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or USPS). Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited.

Returns are processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days depending on your bank’s policies. We apologize that original and return shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Only products purchased through Algenist Online may be returned. If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased.
